Refunds and Returns Policy

At Cosmenon, we take pride in supplying high-quality skincare products selected for safety and performance. Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind

Due to hygiene and safety standards associated with skincare products:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind

  • We do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products

  • Please choose carefully and read product descriptions before purchase

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

We will provide a refund, replacement, or exchange where:

  • The product is faulty or defective

  • The product is not as described

  • The incorrect item was supplied

  • The product arrived damaged

To request this, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Skin Reactions & Product Suitability

Individual skin responses vary. We recommend reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test before use.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Reactions due to known allergies or sensitivities

  • Incorrect product selection

This does not affect your rights under the ACL if the product is faulty.

Return Conditions

Where a return is approved:

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Products must be unused and unopened

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
